Group dynamic
Group dynamic for teenagers is a balancing act between creating a unified group and allowing each individual space. And how do you break a negative group dynamic?
Subtopia’s youth activities, D.I.T. (Do It Together), has over the years developed an approach and a method for creative work with children and young people. We want to share our experiences and partake in yours, whether you are educators, leisure leaders, peer supporters, curators – everyone who works with children and young people! With the D.I.T. method we want to give children and young people faith in their own abilities, valuable networks for the future, the courage to try new things, and an empathetic approach to their environment.
