Are you looking for premises?
Are you looking for premises for a creative association, an artistic education, or your start-up? Welcome to Subtopia’s culture cluster. It’s cost effective compared with downtown Stockholm and you also get to be neighbours with other exciting creators!
Subtopia operates around 15,000 sqm of premises, with everything from offices and conference rooms to workshops and studios. Some premises are rented out for shorter projects while others have permanent tenants. What they all have in common is that they work in culture, art, creative and social businesses. Together they form Subtopia’s cluster. You can read more about the companies that are part of the cluster here.
When premises in our cluster are available for long-term rental, they are presented on this page.

Many of the buildings that make up Subtopia today were originally built in the 1900s as the farm of the entrepreneurial couple Hilda and Lars Magnus Ericsson. The old architecture has been preserved and we’ve made our mark with an outdoor gallery for urban art. Read more about the history of the place.
Subtopia is located in Alby in Botkyrka. It’s situated in a beautiful spot near Albysjön lake. Alby centrum and its metro station are just 15 minutes by car from Stockholm.
